Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 5 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Package the item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging or equivalent.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 15 business days of receipt of the returned item.
Exceptions:
- Customized or personalized items: These items are generally not eligible for return.
- Sale items: Sale items are typically not eligible for return.
Please note:
- We sincerely hope you are pleased with your purchases from RI AND CO. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer an exchange or refund for any item returned within 15 days of receipt.
- All items must be returned in perfect condition (except if they are faulty or damaged during transit) and will be inspected upon arrival, as we want to ensure the product can be resold. This means all products should have intact packaging, including relevant tags and labels. Items must not have been opened or used (unless faulty). Please ensure your return is securely packaged; we recommend using the original box we provided.

- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return policy requirements.
